Teaching your child at home can be affordable enough to suit your homeschool budget. There are lots of ways to find free and inexpensive resources, activities and materials for home schooling.

The library should always be the first place you start. You will be amazed at the great books and materials available. See if there is a toy library near you - or if your local homeschool group have a lending scheme.

If you really can't find what you want need, then it is time to see if you can get it without paying the earth! Look for used and second hand versions of the materials you need. Try these resources:
