Wow! Can you believe it is the end of June already. I guess everyone is going to get busy with picnics and summery things over the next few months. If you get too busy to blog, don't worry. I will still be right here in the Fall.

Thank you so much to Sandra for hosting last months kids blog carnival.

If you missed that carnival you can check it out at On Living By Learning.

If you have an (adult) blog and would like to host this carnival sometime, then I would love to hear from you.

Only one new blog this month.

  • A big welcome to Jojo who has written a great post to get us started. See if you can translate what she says in My Work.

What has everyone else been up to?

  • If you have been wondering how Hightown's eggs turned out then take a look at fertile eggs and other things.
  • Neonglitter shares with us what it is like in England. She finishes off her post with some great Haiku's and challenges you to try writing one yourself.
  • Sadie the Karate Girl has been to the Chrysler Museum. See if you can 'Endeavor' to find which was her favourite exhibit.
  • My favourite post this month are the 5 reasons why Benny loves his Mom. Although we are a little past Mother's Day now, it is a beautiful post. Your Mom must be thrilled, Benny.
  • Alex has posted great book reviews of Tom Sawyer and Huckleberry Finn.
  • As part of her journey across America, Elferkid woke up in a tent. Guess where!
  • If you enjoy reading these blogs, then do leave a comment on them to let the kids know.

  • Angela received a blog award this month. Why not send a blog award to your favourite blog?
  • FairyGirl Amy has been going to girl guides and is working her way towards two badges.
  • Amiri has found Taylor. I think that is great news.
  • ScienceMouse posted a great article about amphibian die off.
  • Eden has had really hot weather. And a worrying time when she lost her brother!
  • StableDays is holding a contest. Help them decide what type of contest it should be.
  • DebtFreeScholar shares how to be a better communicator.
  • Windrider brought Wind home and is having her own horse camp at home.
  • Vienna has a warning on her post about horrible history and geography. Read some facts you wouldn't find in your normal textbooks!
  • Nichole is working 9 til 5. Or is she!
  • If you would like to enter your blog in this carnival, then scroll down for entry details.

And last but not least, this months final selection of blog posts.

  • Ollie answers some questions we had about his post last month.
  • Rhi went sailing for the first time and has posted great photos of the event.
  • Buttercup has put up a fantastic garden journal. I hope your garden survives your vacation too.
  • Heather updates us about the baby bird and rescues a baby Magpie.
  • Thanks to you all for your great blog posts this month. I am looking forward to seeing what you are up to next month!
