Welcome to the SECOND Homeschooled Kids Carnival. We have had some really good posts this month, showing just what a talented bunch you are!
Kids Carnival
I recently added a page to the site about our experiences with computer games so I was very interested to read Alex's review of Spore. We haven't tried this game yet but there is a free trial version available here. Thanks for the review Alex - I am sure we will give this game a try. MG has also been blogging about computer games. His post is about cooking levels in Runescape.
Ardara has been busy drawing a picture of her special land. I don't want to spoil the surprise by putting the picture here - you need to go to her blog to see it. I think it looks wonderful! We have got a dog related theme going with this carnival!! Hightown has been blogging about her dog, Charlie. There are lots of other pets on Hightowns's blog, so do take a look around.
Egg's has a whole blog about her puppy Luigi. This month thay have been taking a bike ride and learning more new tricks.
Elferkid has posted a book review of The Outsiders by S.E. Hinton. It sounds like a really interesting book. If you give it a try, do leave Elferkid a comment on how you enjoyed it.
You might be interested to know that I have previously recommended a book blog for homeschooled kids to write book reviews on, or find other great books to read. It's the Home Ed Kids Book Blog. Worth checking out.
