Simple and Easy Play Dough

Here is a great recipe, very easy and versatile : simply add food coloring and glitter to spark it up !

4 cups of flour
1 cup of salt
4 cups of water
4 tbs of oil
1/2 cup of cream of tartar

Mix all the ingredients in a pan. Cook and stir over a low/medium heat till completely formed an NOT sticky.

Enjoy.
