Why should I sell in Homeschooling-ideas store?

Homeschooling-ideas has been building a community of homeschoolers since 2008.  The site now has over 149,000 page views a month. As well as an active Facebook page, I have several newsletters - the main monthly newsletter reaching over 8,000 subscribers.

Becoming a seller in the store is the ideal way to showcase your product to my audience. 

How does it work?

Once you are approved as a homeschooling-ideas seller, you will be sent login details for the store. When you are logged in, you will be able to upload your product, images, samples - and create your sales page. 

You get total control over your product, including loading up any new versions, changing the price, or withdrawing a product from sale.

All downloads are secure and you can set a maximum no. of downloads, and a download time window.

How much does it cost to list products?

Currently, products can be listed in the store for free. Homeschooling-ideas store will manage all the sales process - including payment processing and sending a link to the downloadable product to the customer (in the case of ebooks) or sending you customer details (in the case of e-courses).

A commission of 30% will be applied to all sales - so you will receive 70% of the purchase price.

When will I be paid?

Payments will be made once a month, providing your vendor sales credit has gone over $50. If you don't meet the $50 target, don't worry - it will carry forward to the following month.

Payments will be made directly to a paypal account. 

What else is planned for the store?

The store is still pretty new and I didn't want to introduce a whole load of new features until I am confident everything is working nicely :) But I have a lot of plans including :

• Vendor pages - so you can tell us about your company
• Affiliate scheme
• Vendor comments
• Vouchers, sales and giveaways.
• Hard goods
